PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION

LAND TRANSFER

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission staff will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:PM., in the White Pass County Historical Museum building in Packwood , Washington, located at 12989 US HWY 12, 98361, for the purpose of taking testimony for the record pertaining to a proposed land transfer of approximately 175 acres located at Section 21 and portions of Section 16, Township 13 North, Range 9 East, W.M., in Lewis County. The property is located near the town of Packwood.  The State has no current plans for development of the property.

The public testimony will be presented to the Commission for their consideration at their regularly scheduled meeting, to be held in the town of Klickitat, WA on May 16, 2019. The Commission will be asked to transfer the approximately 175 acres to Lewis County for recreation purposes.
